Recently I engaged Andy to service our well-water acid neutralizer tank, because I questioned the reliability of service by another company 13 months earlier. Andy tested our water and found that its pH value was 6.97, which was consistent with previous readings over the past six months when he did other work for us. Because our well-water pH is essentially neutral, Andy explained the acid neutralizer tank is not necessary. He offered two options: 1) remove the tank (thus leaving us with only the water softener tank) or 2) empty it, which option I selected. He also reduced the cost of the service call. Andy’s approach starkly contrasts with the other company that for years took advantage of an unsuspecting customer by charging almost $300 to “service” the tank and unnecessarily adding expensive calcite. "Terrible experience. We contracted with Prime Custom (Kamil) to do a full bathroom and kitchen remodel in 2021 and we have had tons of issues. Their license # 2705166476 that they were operating under has been REVOKED as of May 2024. You can check this for yourself by going to the Virginia state website [*** Link removed ***] and entering the License # 2705166476. Yes, the name on the VA state website is different but they were operating externally as Prime Custom. As proof, I have attached a picture of the contract which shows the above License # , and Prime Custom's name. They are now operating under a different license # 2705173804 which I find highly unethical. I have already filed a complaint with the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation and they will investigate if any laws were broken. Before considering doing business with Prime Custom, or any other contractor, please ensure that you look up their license number on the above Virginia State website. Summary of my experience: - Bathroom: The shower has developed a major leak which is going through the bathroom floor into the lower level. See pictures. I am contracting with another company to fix, which is going to cost thousands of dollars. Kitchen - It failed gas and safety inspections multiple times. To this day, I am concerned about the structural integrity of the load bearing wall in the kitchen and am contracting with another company to fix. Hopefully, this review can save others from the extremely frustrating experience that I have gone through."

Sam inspected the p traps, and he added adhesive where it was necessary. Sam also took a look at my two year old hot water heater, and he assessed my water supply to this unit. We discussed performing a complete drain, and check of the components of the heater at a later date. Sam also advised me that a toilet in the basement should be replaced with a more updated commode. We rarely use this toilet, but it's 35 years old. I felt comfortable speaking with Sam. I did not sense he was doing a sales pitch."
