What should have been a routine toilet installation, but in my older house it was not. The old flange was cobbled in and bent Seth took the time and effort to repair the pipe and install the flange correctly. The new toilet would not flush after installation, Seth made the effort to troubleshoot the problem that was the fault of the seller or the manufacturer.
