"The crew was a bit late to get started, but did a good job once they arrived. They carried my stuff up to the 3rd floor since the elevator was very small. 
Had some trouble putting the bed back together but overall a fine job. Some damage to my items, but don't know where along the line that happened. It could have happened in transit.

Noel is great.  He picked up the phone when I called and made an appointment for the same day (which is much appreciated when your shower and toilets are backing up).  He called ahead of time to confirm that there would be parking for his truck and trailer.  I mentioned that this would be a problem on my tight dead end street.  So, he stopped by his shop, dropped the trailer and set up a remote unit using just the truck before coming over.  Still showed up on time. 

He was courteous, professional and an all-around nice guy.  He's a family guy, an inspired entrepreneur and a hard worker. 

The service did the trick and the price was totally reasonable.  I even scheduled to have him come back in a week with a pressure spray rooter and camera unit to clean out the drain line a little more.  It's probably not necessary but will give me peace of mind.  And I would not have been interested if Noel were not as great on the first visit.

"We called the AAP-Home Services after they were a company listed in Angie's List. They responded to our location within a couple hours. Our Tech was Saul. He conducted a diagnostic and determined the Gas Control had failed. On his own, Saul called the water heater company and determined the part had to be ordered from the Water Heater company (Rheem), but also found the part was under warranty. The company shipped the part the location where the WH was located. Saul advised as soon as we received it, he would return to the house and complete the repair. It arrived mid morning two days later. I contacted Saul, and true to his promise, he returned to the house and completed the repair. It took him several hours in the hot sun. His service was exemplary. We were extremely happy with the service and the can-do attitude by Saul. We will definitely use AAP - Home Services again."
