He arrived on time, listened to my laundry list of storage needs, provided a fair quote and answered my questions.  Everything went as he had laid out (no surprises!).  The epoxy flooring turned out beautifully; cabinets were industrial grade melamine covered particle board and make the garage look "finished" and "clean"---installed perfectly.  David even came by and installed extra track upon our request, for no charge, several weeks after the job was done.  He truly stands behind his business reputation and provides superior service.  Would definitely consider this vendor again in future. <br />"

"Our family interviewed a couple of contractors to help us remodel our guesthouse. From the start, Guy came with a professional and exciting energy that made us feel comfortable with going with Builderzz. Guy was upfront about what he thought was possible/safe and you knew he was paying attention because he never missed a detail! Although Builderzz was not the lowest quote, we appreciated the reasonable, itemized and thorough estimate! For this particular project, we had our guesthouse's kitchen, flooring, and bathroom redone. The remodel looks immaculate! The best part about working with Guy and Builderzz Remodeling was their dedication to quality and speed (it was not one or the other). I've worked with other contractors and they were NEVER on schedule. I was shocked at how quickly they moved through the house. However, I also really appreciated Guy's dedication to quality. Our piping was completely outdated and Guy automatically updated the piping because his team didn't feel comfortable with the old piping (I LOVE THAT!) On top of that, Guy was great about communicating timelines, expectations, and questions with me. I'm usually at work during business hours so Guy was great through e-mail and text which I really needed to complete this project. With any project there can always be hiccups. Guy and team never try to deflect blame or make excuses. I think this is extremely important and speaks volumes to their character. Guy always tries to make all things right. "I previously had work done by EZ Energy last year (solar panels) the job they did was great so i decided to go back with them when doing my garage addition. The owner mike remembered me when i spoke to him about another quote he had his best rep come out to give me another estimate and all i can say is the work again did not disappoint me. my garage is looking great and both my cars fit perfectly with all my tools so i can do a little work in there as well! highly recommended for garage and solar installs!"

"I had met with several other contractors prior to SAE Builders. I really had a good feeling after meeting with Scott, that I decided to hire him. Scott was very helpful, he met with me and listened to my concerns, he went over several design ideas. I decided to go with a roof mount application. He was very prompt emailing me a proposal, and pictures of a roof mount application that he did on a prior job. I love the way the patio cover came out, the taller roof mount really makes the patio look larger. The workers were very professional, courteous, and clean. I would most definitely recommend them to my friends, and family. <br />"
