I completed the site preparation by early November (for real this time). They returned in mid November and and completed the construction in 10 days. "James Wood did a great job, It's nice just having to deal with one person that has a crew that does ever trade like his own roofers, sheetrock, painting,demo,a/c work,electrical work all to city code on everything from electical to plumbing.My wife and I was able to choose what cabinets went where and if we wanted drawers verses doors. The windows are energy rated and double insulated, <br /> The kitchen was completly demo to the studs new plumbing new plugs in the backsplash all per city code. all new built-in cabinets built with birch grade 1 stainable wood, all new cabinets lower base and upper cabinets that have built in led lighting undermount and upper mount.new bathtubs and complete bathroom remodels. <br /> James mainly just gutted the whole house where you could almost see thru it and did it all just like I described above from the roof down. James has really good crews that have been with him for many years. <br /> I would highly recommend James Wood for anyting from a complete remodel to building a new home."

We except most methods of billing procedures. Materials must me purchased by customer needed for the job. Customer will only be charged for labor or special materials mentioned in the job contract!
