He was doing drain clearing work for them in our condo building which had not had any pm work done on the entire drain pipe system in 40 years. Despite it being a huge project with multiple leaks throughout the building he handled the filthy and exhausting job very professionally and worked very long exhaustive hours until the job was done thoroughly. We used this company in 2009 (2nd floor furnace and A/C) and 2010 (1st floor A/C) and were very happy with their performance. When our 28 year old 1st floor furnace died, we only called Vaughan for an estimate. I checked on line for furnace and A/C estimates and felt the water heater and install was fairly priced. When I discussed the furnace and install estimate and said it seemed a little high Mike G. offered a slightly lower price which I accepted. Matt N. and Matt W. who did the install performed all the mechanical, electric and plumbing superbly. As a registered professional engineer I appreciated good workmanship and Vaughan delivered for this third install since 2009. They were there when they said they would be and finished at the time planned. Everything was left in good order. The new exhaust and intake pipes to the outside were neatly done and good closure of no longer needed chimney vents.
