No hidden costs and he didn’t try to upsell me any additional parts, like new openers. He gave me a date & time for the installation, showed up on time and installed them. Took him about 3 hours to replace 2 doors. We love the new doors & they look and work great. The last thing he said was to call him with any concerns, even if started squeaking & he would be there to fix it. He is very professional with many years of experience & provided excellent service. "Called on a Friday got an appointment for Saturday between four and five actually got a phone call to see if they could come earlier. Tech came out took a look at our garage door and opener took my budget into consideration installed the new garage door opener belt driven instead of chain . Also did a rebuild so I got new springs seeing the garage door was still in good condition. Technician was fantastic left everything clean. Technician also showed me how to work the new door opener and keypad . I highly recommend this company"

I accepted the offer and Allen showed up at 8:00am. I have a two-car garage and one side the door opener was old and dead and other side I needed the replacement of springs and cables with pulleys for the safety. Allen agreed with me and gave me the good price. We made a deal. He went back to get the parts and Allen & his partner finished the work very efficiently well before 10am.
