The company re-coated the floor once, but I believe that the bare floor was not ground properly when the coating was first applied. Now my floor is unsightly with areas bare or that have been re-worked over and over and not looking like the original finish. A few weeks ago, workers came to re-work the areas, but I told them not to do so because I wanted a more permanent solution to the problems. I have had several email communications with a manager. All they seem to want to do is apply more coating to the affected areas. This pretty much makes the warranty useless."
