We contracted with CRG Remodeling in May 2019 for a kitchen and powder room remodel in Washington DC, and ended up doing much more, including LR/DR/hallway painting, plumbing fixes, and an office remodel. I called his company to give me an estimate on replacing a front portico and after receiving his estimate and a couple more I realized I needed to put some more money aside. While he was there I asked if he could replaced my 32 year old deck boards and stairs.

I got an estimate for the deck which was more than reasonable and signed the contract.  Within two weeks his crew was at my house and finished the job in one day.  I asked if they could stain the deck and railings and he said it would be no problem. A couple of weeks later my deck was stained and again it was done in a day.  The deck staining was $560 extra but the old deck looks like new.

"I purchased this Angie's Deal because the company is in my neighborhood and had such a good reputation. They deserve that reputation as well! Within one day I had an email from Stoneberger's, responding to my purchase of the Deal and initiating contact with verification that the day I requested service would work fine. I answered back to let them know that between the purchase and next day, my garage door had refused to open or close, and had to be closed manually. I anticipated an additional charge, but wanted to let them know so enough time would be available. I received a call the next day from Robin to let me know that they would be happy to attend to the problem, and offering to move the appointment sooner.   We kept the same date for a 9a-12n window. A very nice lady to talk to and so helpful.
Just after 9am, Mr. Stoneberger himself arrived, assessed the issues and repaired the issue and performed the maintenance. We have had some other minor problems with the opener which is almost 6 years old, and Mr. Stoneberger spent some time asking and answering questions, trying to help figure out what the issues could be hopefully without replacing the entire motor. We are still collecting information about how it is performing (much better) and will have this company repair the other issues soon. When I asked Mr. Stoneberger to come inside so I could write him a check for the additional work, he said it was all paid for with the Deal we had purchased.
It is a pleasure to do meet and do business with such a pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, proficient businessman and neighbor. I am confident to recommend Stoneberger's for garage installation and repair. It was also a pleasure to be treated respectfully and to have my questioned taken seriously and answered with enthusiasm for teaching by a gentleman. Everything went very smoothly.

Each person involved with the process knew what he was doing: the salesman, the man who measured and made the template, the fabricator and the installer. They were all very professional, attentive to detail and punctual. The entire process was very streamlined and easy. It looks beautiful.

They also did my daughter's kitchen counters and sink a few years ago and her project came out beautiful as well.
