I was surprised when they came out within an hour and a half, but it was still too dangerous for them to get on the roof because of the winds. The worker said he would be back out the next day at 11. He completed the job quickly and gave me a very detailed report on what he did and the overall condition of the roof (its going on it's 15th year). He cleaned up and left everything the way it should be. The only concern was the cost ($275) as it seemed a bit higher than what I thought it would be. HOWEVER, considering they came out the same day I called...returned the next...and made me a priority, I realize that is worth the cost. No complaints and I would defiantly use them again!"
