"We purchased the Big Deal to have Abba Construction repair exterior door frames on an older home that belongs to my mother-in-law.  I'm embarrassed to say that, in this case, I was the one that was late.  I had a dentist appointment that ran over and Yousef had to wait on me before starting.  Once I arrive, we discussed exactly what needed to be done and Yousef got started.  He repaired both door frames and gave each a coat of paint.  He did such good work that we hired him to paint the trim on a storage shed that is located behind the home.  Again, he did an excellent job.  Yousef is a skilled craftsman and great painter.  He takes pride in his work and the results prove that.  Yousef is an interesting guy that I would be happy to hire again. <br> <br> <br>"

"Stephen began by giving me some different designs that he drew up. After that was decided upon, I began choosing cabinetry, counter tops appliances and fixtures. Since kitchens are all that he does, he had some great input and understood what I needed in a kitchen. He did an amazing job at planning this kitchen. He gave me a time schedule of 5 weeks, start to finish (I didn't believe him). On the schedule was what work would be done when and who would be at my house each day. He had all materials orders and delivered, most of them, before the project began so there were no delays while we waited for deliveries. Everything went pretty much as he said. During the demolition they did everything they could to minimize the inevitable mess. His workmen showed up when they were supposed to, were pleasant to have in my home and I was never worried about who was there. Stephen came by or called often to check on things. The workmanship was excellent and I have no regrets. I love my beautiful new kitchen. And, it was finished a day ahead of schedule! This was our 5th remodel job and by far the easiest. Having the schedule helped us endure the mess of remodeling. Plus, his organization made things go much more smoothly."

"I was very pleased with the job Mike and his sons did on both the drywall repair and ceiling / wall painting of dining room, laundry room, kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. They used all five days to allow proper drying times, but they were usually done by early afternoon each day. They were very neat and clean, wore their masks, and were extremely courteous. I would definitely use them again in the future."

"It went well and we were please with his work and work ethic-so many of the workman today don't really care just to get done and Mark cared about the work he did and we think did as if he were doing his own home.  We experienced bad weather and because all of the work was done outside-it took a little longer to complete. He is very neat and cleaned up each day as he was finished.  With his bill he provided all the receipts from the purchases he had made. <br />"

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Luther, OK

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
