"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"Logan completed the work. I was concerned that I only had his first name, no business card. The invoice was generic, didn’t specify exactly what was the issue/repair. There was no itemized statement, just a flat fee. I used the oven last night and it worked great."

"Mr. Fuller showed up with shoe coverings and gloves to protect my home, was very polite and quickly found errors in previous repairs from less qualified tradesmen. He fixed the Maytag washer in a timely manner, cleaned the workplace and explained the repairs, what a professional! Super job! I would recommend his service to the world. Thank you for the recommendation."

"Very pleased with the service repaired a washer a cook top and and oven for less than half the cost of a new oven. Have referred them to another customer who was static with their work."

"Great communication leading up to the appointment, showed up in a mask without us having to ask (thank you!), and literally saved us by pointing out faulty venting work performed by our roofers earlier in the year. Highly recommend CNS Repair!"

"We had a massive leak in the shower of the guest bathroom. Since plumbing was one of the systems covered by our warranty with choice, I went on-line and filed a claim. I git an immediate response assigning me a claim number for reference and later that day received an appointment notice....GREAT customer service. The plumber arrived, at the time specified, and was immediately able to pin point the problem. (a defective shower cartridge) I have used Choice Home Warranty multiple times as my home ages and they pay for the replacement parts if needed. My "deductible" is a $45 fixed rate for the service call, no matter how long, or complicated the repair is. I absolutely am delighted with the customer service, fast response, low cost of a service visit, and NO surprises, or "fine print" excuses regarding coverage. They provide a list, in writing, of what is covered and what is not and do not deviate so I make sure my problem is on the list before filing a claim."
