"My 81 year old brother and his wife recently purchased a Sunroom from Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows; they tried to do so sooner but a company out of Tulsa mislead them into believing that they sold Four Seasons Sunrooms and we had to get their deposit back from the Tulsa company first. The owner of Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows was very helpful to me in advising me on how to go about getting that deposit back. Not only that, once we got their money back and the contract from the misleading company back the owner of Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows personally handled the estimate and contract with my brother and his wife himself. He was very understanding when, due to a health situation with my brother, we had to postpone the beginning of the build twice. The owner is one of the nicest men I've ever met, a true and honest Christian businessman. My brother and his wife are so very pleased with their new room, and that pleases me. This is the third sunroom that Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows has built for members of our family and in working with them we have found that the contractors/employees who did the work are the same ones that built the first sunroom for a family member 15 years ago, that in itself says a lot about this business owner and the way he treats others. "This was a 4 month process. In the end, it was done well. We have had no problems except a minor leak after the hail storm of the century, which was amazing. I felt it was very expensive but, looking back, I don't regret a dime because we love this room. The problems we had were typical, I guess. Certain things have to be done in a certain order so waiting on different workmen turned into a huge issue. The contractor was polite and promised the moon. But he turned out to be unreliable about answering calls or showing up when he said he would. After the hail storm last year, he convinced us he was the best contractor to take care of our new roof, gutter and sunroom repairs because his guys knew how to protect the sunroom. Made sense to us, but it was a mistake. I would not hire them again for a job like that. Workmen had to come back multiple times to get things right. So, if you want a sunroom, this is a quality product. The workmen do an excellent job. And it is guaranteed: if it ever leaks, they will fix it. You will love it! <br />"

"It was an exhaust fan for the attic but it runs with solar.  If the wind doesn't blow, the attic heat will just build up, so I had it done so as long as there is sunshine, it runs, and it blows out the hot air. I have no window in my kitchen, I had them do a solar tube, so I have a little reflective tube on my roof, and it looks like daylight in my kitchen."

Everything was done well and on time. The products - siding, gutters and windows - are of excellent quality. The warranty is, I believe, the best in the business. The final test will be if the siding is, in fact, squirrel proof; we'll know about that this spring. But, given everything else Steven Jones promised us going into this job has been true, I'm confident that the squirrels have been permanently evicted!"

They took careful measurements of all of the window and door openings and put our order in motion. "The installer, the technician or serviceman, his work ethic was excellent. The repair person, he picked up after himself. He did a turn key job. The price was a little bit high. It took them a long time to order, but that was probably out of they're control."
