Get matched with top sunroom or patio enclosure builders in Luther, OK

"My 81 year old brother and his wife recently purchased a Sunroom from Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows; they tried to do so sooner but a company out of Tulsa mislead them into believing that they sold Four Seasons Sunrooms and we had to get their deposit back from the Tulsa company first. The owner of Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows was very helpful to me in advising me on how to go about getting that deposit back. Not only that, once we got their money back and the contract from the misleading company back the owner of Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows personally handled the estimate and contract with my brother and his wife himself. He was very understanding when, due to a health situation with my brother, we had to postpone the beginning of the build twice. The owner is one of the nicest men I've ever met, a true and honest Christian businessman. My brother and his wife are so very pleased with their new room, and that pleases me. This is the third sunroom that Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows has built for members of our family and in working with them we have found that the contractors/employees who did the work are the same ones that built the first sunroom for a family member 15 years ago, that in itself says a lot about this business owner and the way he treats others. I highly recommend Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows and then them very much for all they have done. Trish Francen Yukon, OK"

"Express Sunrooms were the only ones who integrated my roof-line with the patio. Did an excellent job and were very professional. My brother-in-law saw their work and had his done. Highly recommend."

"About 2 yrs ago I used Community Builders to put in all new windows in my house. It was an amazing experience so I thought I would try them again for my siding. I could not be happier. They were professional, showed up on time, completed the work quickly, and cleaned up the mess to where I could not tell they have been here except my house looked AMAZING! The installers were so nice and the work was incredible. The salesman even came out while they were installing and after it was complete to make sure I was happy. I LOVE Community Builders and will use them again for my home improvement projects in the future. Next on my list is having my patio resurfaced and I see they are doing this now. Can'[t wait to have that done. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great home improvement company."

"Perfect, Jose and his team repaired our floor beyond our expectations and in a timely manner. Would definitely hire again"

"Fantastic. Booked only a week out from the call. Large professional crew arrived and did the entire roof in 7 hours. Clean up was complete. I didn't find so much as a nail. Payment was only requested after the job was done and I told them I was happy with the result. There were no hidden charges or BS. I wrote the check out for the exact amount on the estimate. Jerry's estimate came in from 1000 to 7000 dollars less than the other 5 estimates I got from Angie's list vendors. He's friendly, local, and great. No deficits to report."

"The day after my living room ceiling collapsed (in July 2015) Ryan and Adam of Sooner State Home Repair arrived to cover the gaping hole in the ceiling with a large sheet of plastic and to help me contact my insurance company. Adam met with the adjuster in order to assist with his evaluation of the damage. Sooner State made follow up telephone calls to my insurance company after the adjuster submitted his report in order to insure that all repairs were covered. Because of all the dust and fiberglass that were generated by the collapsed ceiling, the crew thoroughly cleaned the room and covered all items that could not be removed before reconstruction could begin. All doors and walls were covered as well. Two attic rafters had to be framed before drywall and insulation could be installed.  Once the living room was completed, the crew covered everything in the kitchen before dropping the ceiling in order to prepare for its replacement. (Note: both the insurance adjuster and my contractors agreed that a slight bulge in the kitchen ceiling drywall indicated that it was due for replacement.) After the kitchen ceiling drywall and insulation were installed, both ceilings were painted, a new ceiling fan was installed in the living room and 5 pot lights were added to the kitchen ceiling. A few days later, my air ducts were professionally cleaned. Finally at least 5 hours were spent thoroughly cleaning both rooms. I can honestly say that my house has never looked better! Everything this construction crew did (drywall, insulation, painting, electrical, framing, cleaning) was done with expertise and professionalism ."

"First they did more, than the choice I was given;my wife passed away and we had plans on a kitchen remodel, floors , paint and carpet, also some windows and doors. And I showed him the plans she had, and the colors and what we were going for, Metroplex came in and took the house that was stuck in the 80’s and brought it to modern day. The crews have attention to detail and do things in areas that no one will see, they are not the cheapest, but quality is not cheap! I was keep informed of all steps and they made a stressful time as easy as possible."

"After the worked was done the counter looked better then when I purchased it. He provided a quality product, he was punctual, professional and prepared. My overall experience with Justin was exceptional! IF you need cabinetry or trim work done, Justin at 5thgentrim is your man!"

"I recently moved into a new home and quickly found that the space for the fridge in the kitchen was not large enough to accommodate a modern fridge. Even most cabinet depth fridges would've stuck out past the adjoining doorframe making it difficult to pass through into the kitchen. Apart from completely redoing the entire kitchen or putting in a fridge that blocked off the main entry to the kitchen the only other option would be to move the wall behind the fridge back to create greater depth for the fridge.
I had a couple contractors come evaluate the job and was told by some that they could only move it back an inch or two without going into the next room behind the wall (which is a sitting room/parlour type area) which they explained wouldn't look right. James evaluated the project and not only was confident they could push the wall back far enough to accomodate the fidge but had the idea to put in custom cabinets/bookshelves on each side of the section that now protruded into the adjoining room in order to given the appearance of a linear wall that was "meant" to be there.
The staff that actually worked the job were professional, efficient, and courteous. There were only one small delay in the initially planned timeline which was on me (actually Best Buy) given I needed to use the hole RepairPro created in the wall to move the fridge into the kitchen (the other doorways were too small). So they couldn't start re-building the wall until after the fridge was in place and Best Buy did not deliver on time to say the least.
Overall I was very impressed with the final product. The house has old custom crown molding which they took off the old wall and put back on the new wall and looks seamless. They also fixed some peeling dry wall tape in 2 corners of the room. When painting the wall and corners of the room they took it upon themselves to touch up spots on the rest wall that needed new paint. After completion the dust and debris was well cleaned. The vision that James had at the beginning that we agreed to is what we got and my wife and I are very happy with the results.
