"AGS was fantastic to work with, from Todd, the salesperson who came to my house, all the way to Luke who delivered a sink grid to replace the incorrect one I originally received. I had contacts with so many of the employees of AGS (Baris, Oscar, Baran, Tiffany, and more whose names I don’t remember) and each one was thoughtful, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Their customer service is top-notch. I had a few minor glitches that were attended to immediately (e.g., the sink grid). I went to the showroom so I could actually pick out my granite stone. It was not a close ride but definitely worth it. The office staff and even the employees in the back with the stones could not have been more helpful. The "showroom" is really nice with lots of granite and quartz to choose from. I LOVE my new countertops, sinks, and faucet. Good group of guys showed up to perform the work.  However, the work performed was just fair.  I ended up with paint drippings on approx. 70% of my roman shades throughout the house and more on the floor in a number of places.  I was supposed to get 2 coats throughout the home.  To me, two coats means two coats.... one coat applied, let dry, second coat applied.  To them, it means using a roller wither a deeper pile.  So, get up close to my walls and you can see the color beneath where the coverage wasn't enough.  Luckily my new color was really similar to my old, so it's not a glaring issue.

My mudroom was painted an incorrect color.  It appears that they had run out of the color needed and just moved forward with what they had instead of driving 1 mile to Sherwin Williams and picking up a gallon.  Again, the color wasn't a drastic change from the other, so maybe they thought it would go unnoticed??

I'm a business owner myself and understand the importance of speed of work to maximize your profit, but NEVER at the expense of quality and professionalism.  Slow down, take a bit less profit, do incredible work and watch your business explode!

"I hired this company based on reviews from Angie's list.  My experience was a bit different than the A + rating they had.  The answered my call for a quote and arrived on time.  The communicated in Spanish about everything.  We all walked the house together and I pointed out everything that needed painting.  We had a discussion about the master bath, the last words I heard George senior tell me was "we can fix this".  They quoted me a price of $3400.00 and said if I got everything done at once, he would take $200.00 off.  I didn't get other quotes because I just moved in and time was a factor, so I can't really comment on price.  During the week, they dropped of a large paint sample thing to make may choices from.  They arrived early to start the two-day job, a Friday and a Saturday.  They finished the job on Saturday, as promised.  My master bath was not painted, the wood on the steps was not painted, they removed all the drapery hardware and it was tossed out apparently, they took a blind down in the master bedroom and I had to remind many times for them to fix it, they did with crazy glue.  The walls and ceiling are beautiful but the trim is horrible.  I am still painting over spots that were missed or the paint was wiped off when they cleaned the floors.  There was a quarter sized drop of paint on my maple dining room table.  There was a large spot of white trim paint on the colored wall in the hall, but worst of all I continue to clean small spots and areas where there is white paint on the oak floors. They did do me one favor and lift a TV back up above the fireplace that had been taken down for painting. They did leave all the extra paint in the basement, one bucket not closed and has a paint roller floating in it.  The worst thing was them teasing my dogs and getting them agitated and pushing each other towards them and laughing.  Overall, I don't think I had an "A" experience.  Unfortunately I would not recommend them or use them again.
