"Excellent! I came home on 9/11/19 to find my daughter & a gentleman from the Amherst County Service Authority standing in my yard by my water meter. My meter reading was much higher than usual so he came to check it out & determined that there was a leak. Using Angie's List I found Sullivan Plumbing, I told them the problem and they had someone here the next morning. The two technicians were professional, knowledgeable & personable. They determined where the leak was, gave me a very reasonable estimate for the repair and went right to work. They did a great job! I will definitely use their service again!"

They worked around my crazy schedule to get me an appointment within three days. They showed up when promised and got the job done. And, best of all, this new water heater was installed in a way that will make it possible for me to do future replacements. "Chris told me exactly how it would go and that it would take about 4 hours. Well he and his co-worker finished in about 2-1/2 hours, cleaned-up and hauled all boxes and old equipment off. Very professional, knowledgeable in a lot of different areas, and punctual (shows-up on-time or calls to explain why he can't be there i.e. weather). I would definitely hire this service(s) again."

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
