"Schmitty's Plumbing responded to my Angi's service request almost as soon as I submitted it, and they beat out three other Angi plumbing companies in terms of pricing and transparency. I hired Schmitty's to remove an old double bowl kitchen sink and faucet with a new single bowl sink and upgraded faucet. There was no upselling or attempts to convince us to replace our garbage disposal which two of the other plumbers recommended we do. We saw no reason to replace our disposal which functions well and is not that old. Partners Drake and Gage came out to our home as scheduled, and they got to work immediately working efficiently and thoroughly. We appreciated their no-nonsense, honest, prompt service, and very fair pricing. I chose Schmitty's based on the positive customer reviews, and would hire them again. "The technician on the day of the faucet replacement, was on time, very professional, quick and an overall excellent experience. We would use them again. However, they did delay the actual planned original date by one more day, stating that they were too busy to be able to arrive that day, which meant that a whole day wasted waiting for them, hence the low rating on customer service."

"I went to Mad Pipers for a second opinion after getting a vague and uninformed assessment of my drain issues from a different company. Ragen and Zach not only took the time to figure out the extent of the problem, but they made sure I understood and knew what my options were, without pressuring me to hire them. I respected both their attention to detail and integrity so decided to hire them for the job. Rather than replace the entire drain system as recommended by another company, they discovered the problem areas where roots were growing into the pipes and were able to replace just the necessary sections effectively and efficiently. This included excavating and trenching the line from a tiny crawl space, redirecting the line to a much more practical location outside the house, adding gravel around the new pipe, reconnecting the line to the unaffected section, and complete and tidy cleanup of my yard, all in two days. "I had a broken PVC pipe that a previous DIY owner installed. I temporarily addressed the brojen pipe, but needed help finishing it. Diego came to the rescue. He made a recommendation and spent time answering my DIYer questions so that I could make the best choice for my needs. After making a supply run, he was off and running. Within a few hours, we had all of our water working properly. He came back later in the week to upgrade a tangential project I opted to have him work on. He accidentally got something Criss crossed, but was eager to hear the feedback and quickly made the necessary corrections. I was not able to inspect his finished work at the time he completed all of it. A day later I had the chance to do so, and I found only one minor item. As of writing this review, he is scheduled to come back tomorrow at a convenient to me for the minor finish work. All in all, I am very satisfied and comfortable with Diego's abilities and customer service skills. He's a friendly guy too. When I need a plumber again, I will be calling Apollo Plumbing again."
