He explained what the problems were with the original installation and then cleaned the tile and replaced the grout. He also installed shower bars which will help us from falling in the shower. It really felt like the VIP, red carpet treatment that we hoped for. He was punctual every day, communicated transparently about pricing and costs, and talked with us daily about options we were considering. He carefully protected all the flooring and stairs between the front door and the upstairs bathroom so that it wouldn't get dinged or dirty during the job. He helped us pick new marble countertops, ordered new doors, painted them, and even painted the walls for us. I don't think there's anything he CAN'T do. "I have used Ryan's restoration twice now when we have had water mishaps. They have been responsive in bringing out the huge fans to dry the carpet underneath and returned to make sure there was no moisture left before taking the fans away. They have also cleaned the carpet in a couple of rooms and did very good work.
