"We called Center to come and inspect, and possibly treat, an overhead supporting beam for termites. We had termite droppings directly underneath the beam for two days and were concerned there might be termites. Andres arrived, right on time, after a call from the office letting us know the inspector would be arriving in a few minutes. He was very nice, personable, very knowledgeable, and got straight to work with his examination of the beam. He brought his tall ladder in, and was very diligent about not getting anything dirty. He inspected the entire beam (which was more than the droppings area) and determined that most likely we did NOT have live termites. The inspection was free. He explained in great detail about the termite life cycle (at my behest). We asked about some spots on the beam and he offered to clean them off, since he had his ladder out! How nice was that???? We were very impressed by this man's manner and professionality. If we ever need termite control in the future, we will most certainly be calling Center."

"Mark is absolutely amazing. He came into a bad situation and saved my house! I had been ripped off by a horrible tile installer and I was concerned my dream home was never going to look the way I wanted. Mark ripped out all the bad work and started the whole job from scratch. His attention to detail was amazing to watch and I appreciated his work ethic. Between my kitchen and two bathrooms, Mark installed a wide range of expert level tile. One bathroom was a full Mosaic floor and wall to wall and ceiling! Mark's custom tile hood over my stove is truly something right out of a magazine.  Mark was so easy to work with and made great suggestions whenever an element of design was unclear. Only when one room was perfect and I had signed off would he move on to the next one. I would also like to mention that Mark was very clean. He set a standard for respect and cleanliness on my job site that had a ripple effect through the other workers. "What I liked in addition to their workmanship, which was outstanding is that they had an office I could go to instead of communication on the phone or waiting on someone to get to my home. I liked that all expenses, materials, everything regarding the work was written down in a contract and thoroughly and explained to me, there were no surprises with any additional costs, etc. They were very thorough when prepping for the job in that they did all repairs and touch ups prior to beginnig. They used high quality materials when replacing the Fascia boards. The amount of time they stated it would take to complete the work was 8 days and they were spot on. They came everyday and worked a full day."
