He was a pleasure to work with and the price quote was more than acceptable. I did accept and within the week the crew arrived to do the installation. Al and Damien were very professional and the work was extremely well done. They finished that same day and when they left it was if the new units had always been there. "This process went very well. As a matter of fact, to try to help me out in this process, he tried to troubleshoot with me over the phone so I could potentially make the fix myself. He made an appointment to come out to see me, I believe the next day and quickly fixed my freezer. He found that it needed an inverter board, which he happened to have and was able to do the install. Very polite, quick, clean and yes, I would definitely use again (hopefully I won't have too though)."
