Fixed the oven which was wonderful because I had a dinner for 12 the next evening. Ordered a new washing machine from Abt on Tuesday and it was delivered Wed morning. I would hire Yabi again - lovely young man. And would buy from Abt when a new appliance is needed."

After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session.
