(That was the 1st great thing) I received a phone call & email to make sure everything was explained. I had lots of questions & each of them was addressed quickly & without making me feel like I was bothering them. Once we decided on using AGAN, they set up an install date. The installation guys showed up on time & ready to work. I was quoted 2-3 days for completion & they finished in 2 days (even with my neighbor forgetting to leave their dogs in the house which halted demo day). The end result is a gorgeous fence! "There are 2 levels in my yard and the lower level is about 4 foot lower than the house so I was looking to put up a fence to prevent my kids from falling accidentally and also as requested by the home insurance policy providers. They were actually  2 of about 4 or so contractors we called that even returned out phone calls! They provided a written quote, left some material about the company and also discussed the work with us. Still deciding if we want to have the fence installed due to the price or just limit the kids to the front yard until they are old enough.
