"Zack and the other technician who installed my AC and heating unit were very professional. They arrived on time and put on booties to cover their shoes before coming into my house. Zack verified the system I was having installed. They laid down traps on the stairs and down the hall. After they had completed the installation, he showed me the new unit and explained what they have installed. Zack explained the new thermostats installed and they cleaned up before leaving. They did an awesome job. The entire experience with Cool Ray starting with the initial technician visit, by Cameron Long, the Comfort Consultant, Esli Lara and the installation by Zack was amazing."

"Comfort Solutions came to my aid in a pinch (same day service). I had just self installed a smart a few thermostats at my place, but 2 of them were not working as expected (only pushing out hot air, and the fan wouldn't shut off). It was also a really hot day. The technician arrived, assessed the situation, tried a few configurations for the thermostats and eventually figured out the problem. The system wasn't that old but it was wired in a weird, and inconsistent way between all the thermostats in the house. In the end, the charge was very reasonable, because even though they spent a lot of time at the house, the fix itself was not that costly. Through the entire service, it was very easy to talk to the technician, he explained everything and answered all questions - it was almost like talking to someone I had known for a while. They also recommended another fix that was not urgent, but something I should keep in mind. They were not even pushy about it - but I will definitely call them when I am ready for the fix."

"Because of the pandemic, I have not let anyone in my home for routine maintenence per my contract. I have use Estes for my plumbing checks and installation for a new air conditioner. I have no complaints; they always do a good job."

"On time and very professional. Installed 2 complete systems. Very open to questions. Great installation and clean up."

"I am so appreciative of Cesar with Climate Heroes . He was punctual, and recognized my problem with my central A/C in a timely manner. He explained something about a faulty capacitor and was very kind. I have talked to other A/C companies in the past, and their prices were fair and competitive. I had a good experience with the company and would recommend to others 5/5 stars."

"We had a full HVAC system replacement for both floors of our home, and we are truly grateful for the service we received from Weather Masters. From the beginning, the owner was understanding of our situation and worked with us on the pricing in a way that no other company was willing to do. He adjusted the cost significantly — almost as if we were paying cash — which meant so much to our family during a stressful time. The installation was done professionally and efficiently, and the team was respectful and organized throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find a company that combines professionalism with genuine care for their customers. We truly appreciate Weather Masters and highly recommend them. Thank you again for helping our family."
