They kept me posted how on how the repair was progressing, and took time to explain and demonstrate to me how their system was working on my house. "I did not get the service that we originally talked about I am very unhappy"

"In 2023, I had my concrete driveway replaced. OVERALL it was a good replacement until 6 months later there was a hairline crack at the end of the driveway on one side. It took Larry until 3/4/2025 to address the issue. To my surprise a slit was made on both side of the driveway. The driveway is discolored (an eye sore) very amateurish. I contacted Larry, he responded there is another step. I have reached out to him multiple times since March with no response. This business practice is unprofessional & unethical for a company. I will need to hire another company to fix the attempted repair. There is accountabilit on Larry's behalf."
