"I used Home Advisor late Tuesday afternoon to find a contractor. Brian called me immediately to confirm my needs and provide pricing. He also advised that he could have a technician at my home on Saturday to replace the door. I called Brian on Wednesday morning to confirm the install. He checked door and parts availability and told me he would have a technician at my home by mid-afternoon. Brett (technician) called me at 3:30 to tell me he was running a little behind but would arrive at 4:30. He arrived on time and immediately began removing the existing door and installing the new door. He was finished by 5:30. I had an existing opener on another door that was causing problems. Brett looked at it and determined that it needed to be replaced. He finished replaced the opener in less than an hour and was on his way by 6:30. Both Brian and Brett represented American Garage Door in grand fashion and I would highly recommend this company and their service to all that have issues with garage doors and / or openers. "The windows and doors are wonderful.  However the project took longer than promised.  
I will say, the company does beautiful work with regard to installation and sealing of windows, doors and overall craftsmanship..  I've seen what other companies have done to neighbors houses and the work was sloppy and they actually damaged the house.  That wasn't the case here!  

I did have a few problems with our sales person Cary.  I then I started dealing with Monica, the Operations Director, who got things done right and in a timely fashion..

Actually Cary, the windows which had to be changed at your cost of 1200 were windows that you ordered incorrectly  and and were not the windows ordered according to the contract, so yes, I required the correct windows be installed."
