The office receptionist was very friendly and said a technician could be dispatched to our home within an hour. Chris Fry arrived within the hour as promised. Chris was great in all aspects. He examined the situation, explained what needed to be done, and got to business. He was very methodical and precise in his approach and explained everything as he went along. He cleaned up, packed up and was done in about an hour. For the past several years I have dealt with many contractors and subcontractors.
