Nick, the installation manager, stopped by during the install to check on things. Super nice guy and appreciated him checking on the progress. Finally, Paul called to see how we were enjoying our new floors and wanted to make sure our experience was top notch. We also got a vacation voucher just for getting new floors!!! Overall, we are happy with the new shower, but the floor needs to be addressed along with a chip in the floor ceramic tile, caused by workers."
