"Retired, moved here 2023. Service was Every Week during Season & Twice per month during OFF Season. Last time Legacy serviced Pool one time in November 2024! Apparently services were ended without any Notice / Communication - Not a Good Business Practice! Problems: Terrible COMMUNICATION! Supposed to service pool Friday?s. Pool had 5 Algae Blooms! Service days changed without notice & even skipped service. We left gate open for Service & Legacy Doesn?t show. Safety Issue / Liability! Service was Maintenance & Chemicals and any mechanical issues; I pay only for Parts. Halfway through Season changed to I need to buy Chemicals; now for repairs, there?s a Labor Charge. I think I deserved to be treated with Dignity & Respect. They just STOPPED Coming! Very Disappointed! "

"Reggie and his crew were very punctual, professional and dependable. There work was neat and considering the task of completing the addition of a ramp and a shed roof over a pre-existing deck that was originally constructed years ago and having nothing truly square or plumb on the original structure, Reggie did an excellent job in making a silk purse out of a son's ear. There were plans other than a conceptual sketch and Reggie was most amenable to design changes and working with me to achieve the best possible outcome. They have called him and every time he says he will be there a specific day he never shows up. My parents asked for their money back since Chris obviously wasn’t going to do the job and he said no.
