"At first it didn't go so well. The technician came out after Choice was closed and my claim was denied. I filed an appeal. I spoke to a case manager Ms. Green early Monday morning as well as my customer service rep Ms. D. Fragoso. Ms. Green answered all my questions and broke everything down to me so I can understand what happened and what was about to happen. The end result is Choice approved my claim and I got my a/c fixed the same day. Ms. Green and Ms. Fragoso were both professional, helpful, and patient.
