"The unit stopped working on Sunday. Called on a Monday morning. Owner/operator was able to fit me in the same day. He arrived within 30 min. of appointment time. Diagnosing and repair were extremely efficient thus the price for the actual repair quite reasonable. Separate service call fee seemed acceptable, if not perhaps a bit high (thus the overall B rating for that). This guy is experienced, knowledgeable and efficient and I will call him for the next repair (as long as it's not my dishwasher... which he does not service)."

"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element.
