"Extremely well. They quoted me a price over the phone for the new opener and stuck to it! When the installer arrived he warned us that the repair may be more than expected and explained why. I approved it. When he got into it he determined it was not as extensive as originally thought! Both doors work very well now. It has been over 2 weeks since the work was done."

"It was a cold and snowy morning and I had to go to work.  When I went to open the garage door nothing happened. After the initial shock and disappointment of not being able to get to my vehicle I went inside the house to find a garage door company. Neighborhood Garage Door service was the first ad to pop up on my computer so I called. Within the hour their technician Mike was there and removed the old lock (because I did not have the key) ,opened my garage door and installed a brand new keypad within about 15 minutes time. Neighborhood Garage Door Service and Mike saved the day!

"Ray, the installer, did an excellent job!He was very punctual, did a great job cleaning up after install, and the door looks great! I'm sure that we will save on our energy bills due to the new ProVia door.
The only reason that I gave "Responsiveness" a Fair grade wasthat we made the down payment, the check was cashed, & I still had yet to hear when the measurement was going to take place. 
I had to contact our sales rep a couple of times to find out when job was going to be scheduled.
All in all, it took about 2 months to have the door installed. (after the down payment on the job)"
