Mr. Chubb responded quickly to our request for an estimate. We signed the contract, but, unfortunately, had to wait over 2 months before the work was done. There was little contact with the company during the wait. Once the crew arrived, everything went extremely smoothly. The crew was polite and professional, and it was clear that every worker knew exactly what to do. Even with 5 trucks parked outside the house, there was minimal disruption to our daily routine. The work was completed in only7 work days, which was amazingly fast. Before the trench was even dug, there were multiple trees and bushes that had to be removed. There was also a patio with a concrete floor that had to be removed in order to complete the job. Clean-up was done very well, considering the number of workers and the equipment that had been used. There were no problems at all, other than the long wait. We would definitely use this company again.
