"Tom was hard-working, meticulous, and polite throughout the long process of renovating a section of our basement. Sometimes working with an assistant, he repaired walls that had been damaged by water. He removed a shelf and some unnecessary trim that had been attached to walls, then repaired areas underneath. He scraped and removed paint from existing walls (including several types of wall material -- drywall and exposed stone), woodwork, etc. He cleaned and painted four window well areas which had been covered with years of grime and debris. He carefully painted ceiling, which consisted of many exposed pipes, valves and fixtures, using a dark brown paint in order to camouflage those previously very visible and ugly features.  He repaired drywall in many areas of both rooms. He painted the walls, the trim, the doors, the stairwell, and the stairs."

"Overall, we are very pleased with the work they did. We could quibble that the bathroom walls did not end up ‘like new’ as some might prefer and that, after the work was done, I discovered a problem that I addressed on my own. The plaster did not come close enough to the new electrical workboxes that had been installed and the area between two workboxes was left rough. Caserta would likely have fixed this if I had noticed it during the job or had asked them to come back but I thought it easier to just fix it myself. Other parts of the job, like the kitchen ceiling and bathroom trim, ended up far better than we thought possible. They spent more time on the job than we expected, given the price we paid, and their workers were congenial and professional. We definitely recommend them and would hire them again."

He did all building of the bar, flooring, installed lighting, wall coverings, electrical, plumbing, etc. His work and attention to detail are amazing. "After getting a number of estimates and a number of no return calls--Danny responded right away to our request and was honest that he was committed for a number of months. He told us if we were not successful in finding a contractor for the project to reach out again after a few months. At that point, we were pretty confident we wanted to work with him after reviewing the number of excellent reviews on Angie's List. Danny and team were prompt everyday. Kept us informed throughout the process. Very responsive to any request and extremely detailed oriented. If he didn't like the look of something, he worked it to perfection. Exactly what you want in a contractor that is remodeling your home. We had a few items that needed his attention after the project was completed and he responded immediately and is working to rectify the issues. "Kevin is a very nice person. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of good suggestions. We were very impressed about the quality of his work.... he made sure that everything was done right! There were lot of mold areas under our old carpet in our basement. Kevin removed the mold and sealed the concrete floor before putting in our new LVT floor. He and his crew had to come two more times to remove the mold and seal the floor, since it took time to dry. He did not charge us extra for that. He fixed our squeaky floor first before install the new carpet. He installed carpet on stairs in California upholstered style which contours the carpet tight around the step, more professional look than regular waterfall style. Our floor is gorgeous and carpet is very comfortable. We are very happy with our new floor!"
