"They came out in the rain, at near flood stages for the Tualatin river. My new ramp was about ready to end up in the river, and my dock was about ready to go down the river after a tree floating in the river hit the dock. They were able to come up with a temporary solution to salvage both the ramp and the dock until this spring when we will look at a permanent solution. They responded in a timely fashion, did what they said they would do, and came back to address some of our concerns at no cost. In addition, there have been follow-up phone calls to make sure things are stable. Good job!"

Some of his workmanship - especially the fine details like small paint splatter, garage floor epoxy coat application, and cabinet painting - was 3 stars at first. "Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
