"The service worked out fine. They were prompt. Actually, they were delayed, but they called me and let me know that they were going to be delayed. I think I did not have a good sense of what it was they were going to do which was my problem, not theirs. They offered some insights on some things to do on a couple of things that I had questions about. It was not necessary some thing they were going to do that was covered by what I bought. I am hoping that the repair that he made on a leak would not be an issue anymore which I will find out soon. They did what they said they were going to do within reason of the $149 big deal I purchased. They came out within a week or so after I purchased the big deal. That was fine. I did not feel like it was an extensive wait to get them out. I do not have anything to compare the quality of their work against with."
