"I cancelled a job I put a deposit of $10,826.95 down for because the sale of my home fell through. I cancelled on June 13th and I still haven't received my refund as of 8/19. We have reached out on 3 separate occasions. My wife and I have been told different stories by different people as to what happened, but not much of it is adding up. After holding our deposit for over two months the manager said-- "We cannot do anything more to compensate you." Apparently, it is being overnighted this evening. Sadly, my advice is to proceed with caution. I give 2-stars because they apparently still have the money to refund me, it could have been worse I suppose."

"If I could, I’d leave zero stars. The owner Lee just told my wife to STFU and walked off the job. A little more background: these guys have stolen 9 months of my peace. It’s been constant mistakes but even more frustrating is the fact that they NEVER show up when they say they’re going to. This has set back this job considerably because I’ve had to reschedule trades over and over. The last straw here was that their employees were asked not to park in my wife’s car. For the last 2 days we’ve had to ask them to move their trucks no less than 6 times. Lee, the owner, showed up to go over something and was asked to move his van. He knew about our parking issue. He then became belligerent, told my with “STFU” and walked off the job. AVOID AT ALL COSTS"
