In the aftermath of Helene, we feared it would be quite a while before our roof got repaired, but met with Carol and Mitch, who assured us they had several great teams out fixing all kinds of damage. There were some tricky aspects, as we live on a steep slope, and some wood support beams were bent by the tree strike. Cam was our team’s leader and he was great, explained everything they were doing, and the repair is so good that you can’t tell the roof was ever damaged. Great communication from the start, coordinated with our insurance, did fantastic work, and easy billing. Five 🤩"

"We liked what Victor did so much on the wine cellar that we decided to finish the laundry Kitchenette area. We started with one design. Victor later suggested an HVAC ducting rerouting which would enable a flat and level ceiling vs the original design. The cost was discussed. It was very reasonable. As we progressed the room was coming out so well, we decide to make it all dry wall vs. leaving paneling behind the appliance area. I told Victor we were considering adding a room between the wine cellar and the laundry kitchenette areas. He suggested to do it know while craftsman and equipment were on site. We agreed.
