They itemized and described the work, which included cleaning off the mold, replacing insulation, repairing joists, encapsulating the crawlspace, and creating a French Drain on the exterior of my unit to redirect the rain. They also set up my dehumidifier in the space with a wireless meter I can read from inside . Their price was in line and they did everything they promised in good order, good humor, and respect. "They showed up when they said they would and immediately went to work. They wiped the baseboards, around the tops of the doors, washed the doors, dusted, polished, and cleaned all surfaces, vacuumed, mopped, and made my house sparkle. They began cleaning at one end of the house and finished up in my kitchen. They were worried when they couldn't get my white ceramic kitchen tiles (with white grout) as clean as they wanted. I told them that the floors were better looking than when I clean them and also let them know that I have a tile cleaning service come in once a year to get them bright white again. I foster cats so there were furry dustballs floating around and they managed to make them disappear. They were not bothered by the friendlier cats coming around to "investigate" their work. When I checked out Angie's List on cleaning services, I noticed one negative review was written on MB Cleaning. I put that review in perspective because of the many other great reviews--sure glad I did that because I found out the great reviews were spot on correct. I had used another nationally known service earlier this year but was so unhappy with them that I almost gave up on finding a good cleaning service. Because Mandy and Lorileee took pride in their work and did a superior job, I have hired them to clean my house every other week. I really don't think I could have found a better cleaning service!

"Mulch was laid down nicely all along driveway and still looks good after two months of rain. The asphalt sealing job is top notch…not a skimpy spray on job but top quality sealant squeegeed evenly on the asphalt that was showing a lot of signs of wear and cracking. Tie-in to the street looks great and extra time was spent making it look perfect. I’m really happy with the quality workmanship and timely manner in which it was done after having to wait for the rainy days to stop and surface to be dry enough for sealing to happen."

"I had never had someone come into my home and clean before so I had quite a few concerns, such as me having two large dogs and trying to get someone to work around my scheduling. Also I was worried I would be looked down upon. All my concerns where reassured and put to ease. She was very understanding of me having two large dogs, and that didn't bother her, she was also very accommodating to my schedule as I'm a busy mom and she reassured me that no matter what condition my house was in she would show great respect and professionalism to me and my home. She truly did an amazing job. When she came into my home I could just tell there was no judgment. She started right away she dusted she moved furniture and even vacuumed dusted under there she just seemed to go with the flow of what was going on in the house as I have a toddler that's something that's hard to do. She worked from one room and she worked from the next just kind of moving around us and it was just very easy on my part I wasn't stressed. You could tell she took pride in her work. When she was done I just couldn't believe it you know I always do clean but I never realized my house need a deep clean as badly as it did I will definitely be asking her to come back."
