"I had an emergency service request where the faucet in my shower lost tracking and will not close. The water was running for an hour or so until someone gave me their number. I called them and within half hour someone showed up at my door with what was needed to fix the issue. I didnt know what was needed but they already knew the issue. They had me temporarily turn off the entire water system in my house, which was not a bother. But how swift they were actually amazed me. I was so grateful. Almost a month later, no issues, I am so glad they replaced that cartilage if thats what it's called."

"I looked for a/c repair on a Sunday, not expecting any replies. To my surprise, Clark Forbes not only replied but said he would be able to come out later in the day. He kept in communication to let me know approx. time of arrival. he came out and got it running. my central a/c is 51 years old with no parts ever replaced. It still had some issues that could not be solved without additional parts likely needed. he checked on parts available for such an old unit the next day as promised. he kept in communication all the next day and discussed what direction I wanted to go with such an old unit. we agreed that if it quits in the future we might continue with parts, but would have to evaluate the rational cost of fixing a 51-year-old unit /versus replacement. I would recommend his services to anyone and his quick response and constant communication were wonderful in this day and age of people not getting back to you."
