All the HOA regulations made the whole process much more complicated than necessary, but Zlatko was great to work with throughout the process, even when things finally all came together all at once, he was able to start at very short notice- luckily our schedules aligned! Z is great at communicating and patiently answered all my questions before and during the installation. It really helped put me at ease, because I kind of operate on the assumption that people are out to cheat you. My floors and baseboards look great and I am incredibly happy with how things turned out. The team worked very fast, too! Would definitely use him again if I have a need in the future."

"Floors turns out wonderfully! It took 6 days and then they were completely done. We got a POD as they requested all surfaces be cleaned off. They moved the furniture around. I do believe it would’ve been easier and less time consuming if we had placed our large furniture in storage as well and then not stay in the home. Get an Airbnb or hotel room. Someone does need to stay on property while they were working. Overall, very pleased with the work and experience with Express Flooring!"
