"We contacted Indiana Foundation for a free inspection of our attached garage that we're turning into a bedroom for our handicapped son. We had several places that leaked where the wall meets the floor. A Mr John Hill did the inspection and then answered all our questions to our satisfaction. He was quite the professional but did not pressure us in any way, like most salesmen do. We decided to go ahead and schedule to get the waterproofing done. The cost was reasonable and it made sense to get it done now rather than wait for more damage to occur, making it more expensive. We look forward to meeting the crew. "I had some concerns after the work was finished, and when I attempted to contact a representative from this company, I had to leave several messages before I got a call back -- and that only came after I threatened to take legal action. I have had additional foundation issues since then, but I have done business with another company. I would not work with AccuLevel again simply because it appears that after they have your money, you do not matter. The company I engaged after AccuLevel could teach these guys a thing or three abut customer service."

"The system they installed prevents ground water to come up through the floors and redirect water to a main sump pump that they installed as well. We haven't had any water problems in our basement since installation of this system and they provide a lifetime warranty for your basement to stay dry, a warranty that is even transferable when the home is sold. The work was done in a total of two days by 3 or 4 people. The work was done satisfactory, the crew cleaned up after themselves and used cardboard on the floor to minimize dirt and dust from spreading when entering and leaving the home. People were great to work with, and received an informal in house estimate that was done very professionally. <br />"

The second time he came back out at our request and gave us another bid the same day. He is scheduled to start work in either September or October. He was very responsive to phone calls and called us back promptly. We asked him to come back and look at something else because we had a couple of other people in. He came back out right away. The guy was very nice, acted very professionally and was pretty good all the way around; we liked him. We decided to use him because we got the best value for service. We thought he would be able to fix the problem and it was a cost effective way to do it. They were very responsive."

"The guy that they sent off to do the work was not very knowledgeable. I had the work done before so I knew what was supposed to be done. I actually told him how to do the baseline. It ended up coming out alright. I have another company do it a little cheaper but they don't do our area anymore. They're on time in everything. I would probably not use them in the future."

"I own a house which is around 90 years old. Its basement had compromised walls, one of which was seriously bowed. In addition, after heavy rain, the basement floor would be wet. I got estimates from three companies to correct these problems. Pivotal was a clear standout. The owner Jeff, his family members Andy and James, along with the rest of the crew make up a terrific team. Jeff and Andy visited my basement twice for long and detailed planning sessions. The actual work took 7 days for completion with James as foreman. All the problems of my basement were fully addressed. My bowed wall is now vertical, with strong supports along all walls every few feet. A complete waterproofing system was installed which feeds to my sump pump. Cleanup after completion of the work was very thorough. Bottom line: Pivotal is a totally trustworthy top quality company!! "
