"Went very well. The thing I most appreciated were the options they told me about on springs. I never knew there different spring options and warranty on the springs. They told me there is a 3 year, 5 year, and a lifetime spring. I’ve had my springs replaced before and the other companies just showed up, replaced and left. Also, they told me about the nylon rollers. My rollers were 20 years old so had them replace the rollers. Wow, unbelievably quiet now. I enjoyed the guys who did the work. They placed a sticker by my opener and will definitely call them again when needed. Great experience."

"The person answering the phone was polite and friendly. she said they most often recommended that you replace both springs when one breaks as historically the other would most likely break soon after and require another trip charge. I debated but went ahead and agreed . She said they still had one spot open to come out the same day. I could not be here but my daughter came by to let them in. She said the guy was on time, polite, helpful. He lubed the system and fixed part of the rubber seal on the bottom of the door that was falling down. Did great job. Very pleased."
