Also replacement windows, vinyl siding, hardy plank, stucco, interior and exterior painting, new gutter systems, room additions, framing, remodeling,etc... "The workmanship was shoddy to say the least...caulk installed with dirty fingers, the door was not secured to anything solid and it was also the wrong color. At first when the owner thought it was a mistake on the part of the manufacturer, he assured us it would be solved asap. Upon realizing it was an error on his part he switched gears, implying it was our fault. After months of chasing this issue we are still without the correct color door. We contacted the head office who can do absolutely nothing because it is a franchise. This install happened in March and it is still not resolved. Do not use this company. They will take whatever dreams that you have worked hard to achieve for your home and trample them into dust while they mock you the entire time."

"This one-star rating is generous! We are seven weeks into a four-day job at our house! The have been back three times to finish the job and it is still not done. My back yard is a mud pit! I have been informed by the "office" that it will take two more weeks before I can be put on the schedule for a crew to come back. The crew is working from their Lancaster office, and the managers won't return phone calls and are hiding behind the receptionist. I work just a few miles from their Lexington office, so I decided to pop in and talk to a different person only to find out that there is no staff in this office. The website for the Lexington office has a picture of the building and posted hours of 9 am to 6 pm, but it is just a building with mailboxes and a few shared meeting rooms used by several companies. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Think twice before hiring USS!"
