"We had a guy come out and assess our insulation and he was kind of creepy. The way he talked, the way he went up in the attic and grabbed a handful of insulation, showed us what was there and got it all over the couch and the floor, and he ended up telling me  that he didn't think that I needed anymore insulation. "The only reason we have them is because of the air conditioner and we know at some point it is going to go. Hopefully we will get it covered under that. I am not crazy with the type of people they send out, and the fact that you can?t use anything else until you?ve had them look at it, if you want it to be under their insurance. 

With that being said, we usually try to call them first and if it turns out it is either going to be a super long wait time and we can?t wait, or like the first insurance issue with the hot water leak, they was called right away, the vendor in every single review on Yelp & Angie?s List were terrible. 

So, it?s like if that is the kind of people you are sending out! So anyway, as far as the air conditioner goes, if they don't cover it appropriately, then we will be dropping them, it wouldn?t be worth it.
