My message was promptly returned and I was given a ballpark estimate to help me to determine if the project was within my budget. I decided not to pursue the work at this time because a friend volunteered to help me do it. Although I chose not to work with the company for this project, they are a company that I would be happy to work with in the future."

"The crew showed up and worked on a couple of solutions on a Saturday morning and left thinking the problem was resolved. It turned out that was not the case I called them and they came back 30 minutes later after further examination it was determined the motor needed to be replaced due to a short. It made more sense to replace the entire assembly including all the electronics. We agree on a price and they said they would return Monday which they did and 90 minutes later I had a quiet, safe operational garage door. In addition they replaced a couple of rollers and made sure the door was properly lubricated and aligned."
