"The work was completed last week. Fortunately the work was completed before the weather became too cold. The workmanship was excellent. There was great attention to detail. The only negative was the pace of the work. It started a bit slow. However, I understand that this kind of work is subject to changes in the weather and so I did not complain because I understood what the builder is up against. You have to trust that your work will get done as quickly as they are able to finish up other projects in order to devote full time to your project. The outcome is worth your patience. The whole family is very happy with the outcome. Note: We did not spend any extra money to have the "Stampcrete" features. We decided that just a "broom" finish was satisfactory for our needs."

"Mr. Perez did a FANTASTIC job!!! The original concrete wall was leaning toward my neighbors property and had to be replaced. Mr. Perez gave me numerous replacement options and I went with the wood. There was a LOT of concrete he removed and when he was finished my neighbors wall area and my adjoining garden looked picture perfect with a Fantastic looking retaining wall!! GREAT job Mr. Perez!!!"

"It went very well. William came to my home, measured and set up a date. My driveway was larger than the 150 square feet allowed for the $1400.00 deal; and I wanted it widened a bit so the cost was more. Laying concrete has to be scheduled for when the concrete company can deliver so it was delayed a couple of days which was fine as the weather cooled off. William and his men arrived at the scheduled time, double-checked the frame for accuracy and did a fine job. The new driveway looks great. Yes, I would use them again."
