"Wes and his team saved us from a terrible situation! We recently had our bathroom completely redone by a contractor who we didn't really know, and the work wasn't done well. We called in Wes, having worked with him several years ago to tile our kitchen, and he came by to take a look. Thank goodness he did! After his initial assessment, he knew right away that our "new" shower was likely leaking, and that there were multiple issues with both the tile and the structure of the shower itself. Wes coached us through buying the materials that we would need, and drew up a contract to get going on the project as soon as possible. After demolition, the problems really became apparent! All kinds of leaks, CUT FLOOR JOISTS, and other incredibly sketchy shortcuts from the original contractor. Wes walked us through the best strategy to fix everything and his team worked diligently to correct all of the issues and tile the shower beautifully. We will be working with Wes again for many more projects, particularly fixing the floor in this bathroom, which was also a hack job. He has been professional and courteous in all of our dealings with him, he shows up on time when he says he will, answers all of our questions truthfully and in depth, and he cleaned up after himself at the end of every day and at the end of the job, which is always a huge bonus! Thanks to Wes and his team for their hard work to get us the shower of our dreams, and save us from a mess further down the line."

Mr. Flynn was very timely in giving me a quote, supplying information about the materials, paperwork such as insurance certificate , and not subbing out the job. Mr. Flynn's crew was here at 7:50 AM. Stopped for lunch at 11:30 returned to work promptly at 12:30 and was finished with the job by 3. They were all very professional and courteous. The clean up was impeccable. "If it would be possible I could give more than 5 stars. Jeff and Connie are very nice people and incredibly knowlegable specialists. They went above and beyond, conducting inspection of our house. I invited them because of presence of mold and odors. The house was thoroughly inspected not only for those problems we concerned of, but for all other possible hazards. Jeff and Connie spent as much time at our house as it was needed to complete all the aspects of required inspection. Each room, even every little space, furnace, AC unit, stove, refrigerator were inspected. Shortly after appointment I got detailed reports with photos and multiple very helpful recommendations. Also the technician was taking my bait stations I had previously put down and putting them into her box. Complete THEFT!!! No exclusions done. Please do not hire this company.
