"Terrible. Just terrible. Whenever we had a conversation about what was included in our purchase or not, he was ALWAYS switching up his statement. Lou is full of empty promises and we had a poor experience with him. He recommended his brother, Chris Mellilo, to be our contractor. Upfront he seeemed like a good guy but it was our mistake. It took this guy over 6 months to complete 1/2 of our kitchen. BEWARE of Northeast kitchen and his rude and flakey brother who ruined our lives for over 6 months. Find another place to get your cabinets and do not listen to these guys. Terrible, just terrible."

"These guys were amazing from start to finish. The communication from beginning to end was exceptional. Joe arrived on the date agreed and was very punctual, He first explained very clearly the process that he was using and how effective it would be in preventing water from entering my basement through this crack in the foundation. "Last summer we hired another company to address a drainage and water pooling issue in our backyard. Once the work was finally done it was evident that the pooling and drainage issue was not resolved. In fact, it became worse. We had so many no call no shows, but Bocash Brothers even went the extra step of calling to simply confirm our appointment. I met with Dillon and right off the bat it was clear that he knew what he was talking about. He was very professional, prompt, and educated me on my backyard needs and what my options were. Communication with Bocash Brothers was excellent throughout the process, any time I had a question or concern I had no problems reaching Dillon on the phone.
