"Ed was tremendous! After being told by multiple people that my old aluminum and vinyl window couldn't be repaired and I'd need to buy new ones, I was thrilled to find Boston Window Repair. Ed quickly diagnosed the problem and knew exactly how to fix it. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant - a joy to work with. His prices are very reasonable. I couldn't recommend him more highly."

"It has been wonderful working with Bob! We first needed to repair rotted fascia boards and window sills on the back side of our home. He was extremely efficient and thorough in making sure we addressed every area of need. Following that positive initial experience, we've since hired him several more times to repair our downspouts, replace some siding, and update trim around the home. We will continue to work with him on future projects and strongly recommend."

"We had a top to bottom, excellent experience with the local team from Universal. My wife and I had an in-home consultation, a measurement and the install completed in a little over a months time. As stated in a prior review, the cost is reflected in the quality of the workmanship. Our family could not be happier with our experience. Big thanks to Kyle, Ron, Mike and Dennis for the top-notch service. I can wholeheartedly recommend Universal Windows Direct to any homeowner in need of a new door, installed quickly and by a friendly, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Thank you again!"
