"2 months ago we had the central air unit and the coil above the furnace replaced everything with marvelous the guys were punctual respectful friendly and did a **** of a job. Today we have the water heater replaced the gentleman that came was polite very respectful very thorough and very neat. Both times I was very impressed with the service. The price was the price no upselling or weird business they carefully did the job I'm very happy boss lady is very happy which is very important. I left out the money details intentionally because it's subjective to what your budget is and who wants to pay what. I will say this I've used services that gave a better price in the past and regretted it You're going to have the HVAC and water heater a lot longer than they're going to have the money so you want it done right. Not that you should break yourself but there has to be a happy medium because getting it done twice is way more expensive..."

"After 33 years of solid service, our central air conditioning system failed on one of the hottest nights of the summer. After spending two hot, sticky days in an extremely warm home, we scheduled appointments with several local HVAC installers to see what options they might offer us for a new system. "they got to my home when they said they would. the tec check out my ac unit ,he said i needed a relay he replaced it and the unit ran the same as before. he would not reinstall the old relay even though the new one did not make my unit work. he said the unit was low on coolant how did he know that when the unit would not keep running? i am mad at myself for not speeking up enough when the tec was at my home. he did not give me a bill, I still do not know what i was charged. After my service call a manager called me. We spoke for some time and he agreed with me and give me a credit for the service call. A hired them to install my new AC system. Two men came on a Saturday they worked very well togeather they installed the new system and cleaned up after them self. I am very pleased with there work. The new system works great. And the price was inline with other AC companys."
