"The job went very well and looked better than I imagined. I had a traditional pressure treated deck that was built 25 years ago. Maintenance was a nightmare to the point I stained the deck a solid color. This needed to be freshened up every couple of years. I tired of doing this chore so I contacted several contractors. Those contacted were not very enthusiastic and submitted extremely high bids without explaining exactly what materials they were using or a plan of attack. Brian of Carls Decking came with samples, brochures and a no nonsense explanation of what needed to be done to put me” in my happy place.” Brian inspected the frame and found it to still be level and in good shape. He suggested a total rip off of the planks and replacement of steps deck boards and railings. He even obtained the railing permit and made sure final inspection was handled. Pricing to do this type of renovation is not cheap but the final result was worth every penny! The crew that Brian sent over did an amazing job! The premises was cleaned up everyday when they left and all work was done in a very professional manner. I recommend Carl’s Decking very highly."

I added a gate to the steps as an after thought to keep my neighbors young kids safe and block access to the water and sand. These guys are THE BEST contractors that I have ever had!!!! Jesus really listens to your project requests that you want done and gives you all the options that you have. He shows you digital images, so you get a better idea what your finish project will look like too. Not once, have I looked outside and saw any of them sitting around or wasting time, even with those mega hot days. I brought them out ice pops to try to cool off. They worked as they ate them too. Their hard work and finished projects caught the eye of neighbors and I believe they scored 2 more jobs, and I am sure they will score more as other neighbors see them!
